    September 19 -21, 2017 Wood Dale IL
    Starts 8:30 AM
This Beall designed part has over 35 different processing, design and resin issues.  We will develop an optimized process in a scientific step-wise procedure that will result in a stable production process capable of being transferred to any appropriate press.  The machine and mold are full instrumented with cavity pressure, temperature and IR monitoring.

    Would you be interested in:

An optimized process that works 24/7 from the initial tool trials?
Having the ability to replicate the tool trial parts on another machine?
Finding the tool/production problems before the tool goes into 24/7 production

    On Machine Demonstration of:

New tool process development from start of injection to ejection of molded part.
What process parameters to document for process repeatabilty on different machines

Testimonials:   "A wealth of information that the industry needs to hear"  GS  " Changed my way of thinking in my entire job"  SB  " It was one of the most useful training sessions I have ever attended"  RH.
